With our FIT classes, you will be training alongside your peers. This style of group training breeds motivation, camaraderie, and excitement that is often absent from the traditional gym environment.

The rewards from group training classes are both mental and physical which is vital to staying healthy. Each class is designed with the group in mind, but still allows everyone to meet their own individual goals. Because everyone has different strengths and experience levels, we aim to keep our classes small in order to give each member personalized attention.
