Level 1 Adult Obstacle Training is for 13+. This class is for those that want to build skill on the obstacle learned in the intro class and learn new obstacles. This class is designed to help make young adults and adults build strength to conquer obstacle individually.
Level 2 Adult Obstacle Training is a group training environment for 13+. This is an advanced adult class that trains on the obstacle conquered in Level 1 Adult Obstacle Class. The participants are taken through course runs or intense workouts to help build endurance, grip, technique, balance and strength.
